These services are delivered Monday-Friday. Weekend deliveries and pickups are not available at this time.

Shipping Delays

We appreciate your understanding as we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, shipping timelines may vary. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Some orders may be subject to additional verification which can cause slightly longer processing times. In the event your order requires additional verification, our staff will reach out to you via the phone number or email provided on the order. Please be patient as these procedures are put in place to provide an extra measure of security to both you and our business alike. Processing Time

Once received, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. This may vary due to holiday sales.

Shipping Times

Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. Carrier times vary due to COVID protocols.

USPS First Class Mail – Transit times can vary. This option is not available for vape shipping.

FedEx Shipping – Orders are currently arriving between 5 to 7 days once in the hands of FedEx but can run longer.

FedEx OvernightCurrently unavailable. Orders made before 1pm EST will be overnighted and scheduled for delivery the following business day. This option is only available Monday through Thursday. FedEx Orders with this selection on Thursday must be done before 1:00 pm EST or they will not ship out until Monday  Overnight does not travel or deliver on weekends.

Shipment Protection & Insurance

Reefer’s Bay has partnered with Route for packaging protection. If you purchased Route package protection at checkout, you can file a claim for lost, damaged, or stolen packages here. Please include your email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim. Reefer’s Bay recommends adding Route package protection at checkout to all orders. Route protects you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If Route package protection is not purchased, Reefer’s Bay is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Cold Shipping

We offer cold shipping for our edibles. They are not heat resistant in warmer temperatures. Cold shipping requires the use of FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping. Cold shipping is not available for purchases that include vape cartridges.

Prohibited States

We do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
