Order fulfillment typically takes 1-2 business days. Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.

Shipping Insurance (via Route)

We have partnered with Route for package protection. Route protects you in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We recommend adding Route package protection at checkout to all orders. If Route package protection is not purchased, Reefer’s Bay is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

If you purchased Route package protection and your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim here. Please include the email associated with your order and your order confirmation number to submit your claim. Checkout Route’s customer FAQ’s and terms and conditions for more information.

Cold Shipping (Seasonal)

We offer seasonal cold shipping for our edibles. They are not heat resistant in warmer temperatures. Cold shipping requires the use of UPS Shipping. Cold shipping is not available for purchases that include vape cartridges.

We do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
