Due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final and there are no refunds available.
All orders marked “delivered” by any shipping services used to deliver your item are considered to be delivered in full and your order completed.
The email must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”
- A description of what happened
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box
- Photo of the packaging slip
Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.
If there is an issue with your order arriving damaged or missing items you must submit a picture of the box, the packing slip, and the items received to customer service through the form on the Contact Us page within 2 days of delivery.
